We’ve developed a collaborative, in-depth planning and design process that makes creating your dream home both exciting and seamless. It begins with establishing a realistic budget by determining a target square footage based on local cost-per-square- foot benchmarks. This ensures your custom design aligns with your financial goals from the very beginning, helping to avoid costly revisions down the line.

Working directly with Brooks on the construction side and Jill on design, you won’t need to manage multiple contacts or juggle communication between contacts. Every detail—from floor plan functionality to architectural style—is thoughtfully tailored and efficiently executed to bring your vision to life without compromise.

With endless options available for finishes and fixtures, making interior design decisions can quickly become overwhelming. That’s where Jill steps in. She will work closely with you to understand your lifestyle, taste, and the atmosphere you want to create—then help narrow down selections that align beautifully with your vision.

Whether it’s selecting tile, cabinetry, lighting, or countertops, we offer curated guidance, exclusive vendor partnerships, and a streamlined selection process that ensures every space in your home feels cohesive, intentional, and uniquely yours.

Throughout the build you will communicate with Brooks and Jill directly, as well as our dedicated superintendent, Kaleb. Together they will walk you through your selections, timeline, and outline what to expect throughout the building process.

Because we’re a small, hands-on team, you’ll benefit from consistent, direct communication and personal oversight. Brooks, Jill and Kaleb will be actively involved on-site and available for questions and updates at every stage. You’ll be invited to attend key walkthroughs and milestone check-ins to ensure your home is progressing exactly as envisioned.
